Vessel Details 65m private motor yacht, dual season program. Current Chief Officer is leaving on good terms after two years with the vessel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee deck department and ensure safe navigation
• Support Captain with vessel operations and safety management
• Maintain crew structure, deck standards, and watchkeeping duties
• Lead by example with a friendly, open communication style

Requirements

• Chief Mate 3000 GT certificate
• Valid STCW and ENG1
• Strong prior experience in similar roles
• Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor
