Contract Permanent – Dual Season

Vessel Details

24m private sailing yacht with light charter use.

Dual season program: Summer in the U.S., Winter in the Caribbean, heading to the Med in 2026.

Team environment – looking for someone adaptable, experienced, and collaborative.

Responsibilities

Manage all interior duties and provisioning

Prepare quality meals for guests and crew

Assist on deck when needed – true team player role

Help out across departments on a small, professional crew

Requirements

STCW and ENG1

Experience on sailing yachts

Strong cooking skills and interior knowledge

Hands-on, all-rounder with a can-do attitude

Green candidates will not be considered
