Contract Seasonal with potential for longer-term

Vessel Details 42m J-Class sailing yacht with 7 crew, private use only. Strong family/team culture onboard. Potential for 1 regatta and Mediterranean cruising through November. Possible winter in Malta (TBC)

Responsibilities

Sole chef for owners and crew

Prepare Mediterranean cuisine, both plated and family-style

Provisioning and maintaining a clean, well-organized galley

Work closely with long-standing, close-knit crew

Requirements

• Minimum 1 season experience as sole chef on a sailing yacht

• Strong background in Mediterranean cuisine

• Adaptable to family-style and plated service

• Comfortable provisioning in Med ports

• Team-oriented personality
