Vessel Details 32m Private Sailing Yacht

Three private owners using the yacht equally but not consecutively

Itinerary includes Scotland, Norway, London, Mediterranean (Ibiza JoySail Regatta), followed by Caribbean season with homeport in Antigua

Responsibilities

Run galley independently with strong provisioning and budgeting skills

Prepare fresh, Mediterranean fusion cuisine

Support deck crew during sail manoeuvres when needed

Requirements

Minimum one season of experience in a similar chef role on sailing yachts

Confident, outgoing personality

Strong provisioning and accounting skills

Diverse knowledge of world cuisines
