Vessel Details 30m private new build motor yacht. Dual-season operation with summer Med cruising and winter UAE-based day use. Owners are first-time yacht owners.

Responsibilities

Lead pre-launch preparation and setup of new build vessel

Manage warranty work and oversee yard periods

Recruit and manage crew of four in collaboration with yacht management

Ensure full operational readiness and compliance

Develop and maintain clear communication and trust with first-time owners

Oversee day-to-day operations, guest experience, and safety

Requirements

Master 500GT license (minimum)

Experience with new builds and shipyards

Proven leadership and management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Confident in building, leading, and mentoring a small team

Strong organizational ability and attention to detail
