Responsibilities

Full command of the yacht

Leadership and management of the crew

Ensuring compliance with all maritime safety regulations

Providing a high-standard, seamless experience for the owner and guests

Requirements

Master 500gt

Proven experience as Captain on similar-sized yachts

Strong leadership and communication skills

Deep knowledge of maritime safety procedures and regulations

Guest-focused mindset
