Responsibilities

Lead and manage full yacht operations

Ensure safety and regulatory compliance

Crew leadership and motivation

Budgeting, accounting, and working with management company

Strong communication and owner liaison

Requirements

Master 500GT+ license

STCW + Refresher

Advanced Firefighting

GMDSS

PSCRB

ENG1 or marine medical (valid 6 months)

B1/B2 visa (mandatory), Schengen visa if required

Fully vaccinated (Covid)

Clean background and drug screening

Passport
