Vessel Details

60m Dual-Season Sailing Yacht

Private and Charter use

Cruising the Mediterranean in summer and Caribbean in winter

Scheduled to participate in the St Barths Bucket

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a Deckhand

Support the Chief Officer as part of a 3-person deck team

Oversee deck maintenance and watersports setup

Deliver hands-on sailing support and active involvement with the owner during activities

Requirements

Yachtmaster Offshore – Commercially Endorsed

1–2 years of experience as Bosun or Lead Deckhand

Strong sailing skills (superyacht or recreational)

Watersports enthusiast

Confident with deck maintenance

Leadership mindset with mentoring ability

Notes

Candidates from motor yachts with sailing experience welcome
