Vessel Details 44m private motor yacht currently in Fort Lauderdale completing a short shipyard period. The vessel will cruise the Bahamas before crossing to the Mediterranean for the summer season.

Responsibilities Lead all deck operations including tender driving, watersports setup, deck maintenance, and guest operations. Oversee anchoring, docking, watchkeeping, and ensure the vessel’s exterior is maintained to high standards while supervising deck crew.

Requirements Yachtmaster 200 minimum with watchkeeping experience. Valid STCW, ENG1, B1/B2, and Schengen visa required. Strong tender driving ability and solid deck maintenance skills. Confident managing deck operations and guest activities. Male candidate required due to cabin arrangements.
