Vessel Details

50m private sailing yacht with a dual-season, world-cruising itinerary. Shared cabin. Professional and stable program with a focus on quality sailing and global exploration.

Responsibilities

Lead the deck team, manage daily operations, schedule maintenance, maintain exterior to the highest standards, and support safe and efficient sailing operations.

Requirements

• Yachtmaster Offshore (minimum, in hand)
• 2–3 years’ experience as Bosun or senior deckhand on 40m+ yachts
• Strong sailing background essential
• Excellent exterior maintenance skills (woodwork, varnishing, paint, deck systems)
• Proven leadership and team management ability
• PADI diving certifications a strong advantage
• Positive attitude and professional work ethic
