Salary €4,000 – €4,500 per month (DOE)

Vessel Details 70m Private Motor Yacht, dual season, currently in the Bahamas and returning to the Med for summer.

Responsibilities Lead a deck team of 5, maintain high standards of exterior upkeep, ensure smooth daily operations, support guest activities, and uphold safety and seamanship procedures.

Requirements

• Previous experience as Bosun on similar-sized vessels

• Strong leadership and mentoring skills

• B1/B2 visa preferred

• Male only due to cabin arrangements
