Position Bosun / 2nd Officer – 65M+ Private/Charter Sailing Yacht

Vessel Details 65M+ Private & Charter Sailing Yacht – Dual Season – Itinerary includes Caribbean, Greenland, and Mediterranean – Active and Social Crew

Responsibilities

80% Deck / 20% Bridge duties – Lead deck team and manage all exterior operations – Assist with navigation and watchkeeping – Handle large tender operations – Maintain safety protocols and high maintenance standards on deck

Requirements

OOW 3000GT (Required for Safe Manning) – Minimum 3 years’ experience including proven Bosun experience – Yachtmaster Offshore – Strong leadership and deck management skills – Sailing background and large tender handling experience essential – B1/B2 Visa required
