Responsibilities

  • Crew cooking for over 30 crew
  • Assist guest service with Asian cuisine (especially Thai/Vietnamese)
  • General cleaning and kitchen assistance
  • Collaborate with the galley team and support guest culinary needs
  • Learn and grow within a high-standard team

Requirements

  • Specialisation in Asian cuisine (especially Thai and Vietnamese)
  • Restaurant background preferred
  • Passion for learning and supporting in all areas
  • Team player with enthusiasm and drive
  • Must be looking for a long-term role with the vessel
