Brand new galley fitted to the highest spec

Private program with excellent crew longevity and bonuses

Responsibilities

Crew cooking for 30+

Assist with guest cuisine, specializing in Thai/Vietnamese

Maintain high cleaning standards in the galley

Support the galley team wherever needed

Requirements

Specialization in Asian cuisine (mainly Thai/Vietnamese)

Restaurant background preferred

Team player with strong work ethic and positive attitude

Light experience accepted if keen and enthusiastic

Strong cleaning and organizational skills
