35m Motor Yacht – 50/50 private and charter use – Single-season program – Wintering in Italy – Professional and supportive crew – Working alongside an experienced Chief Stewardess – Excellent opportunity for gaining solid charter experience

Responsibilities

Support all interior duties, including guest service, housekeeping, and detailing – Deliver high standards on both private and charter trips – Maintain exceptional attention to detail – Contribute positively to a small, hardworking team

Requirements

Located in or able to travel to Italy without delay – Previous experience in similar role preferred – Strong service skills – Attention to detail – Team player with a proactive and eager-to-learn mindset – Excellent communication skills
