Responsibilities Service and housekeeping oversight training junior stews managing laundry service providing adaptable family-style and formal service as required

Requirements Strong previous 2nd Stew experience comfortable with informal and formal service styles adaptable to relaxed yet proper etiquette confident trainer for junior team wine knowledge highly desirable positive nurturing team player personality
