Position 2nd Stewardess

Start Date ASAP (joining in Auckland)

Location Auckland, New Zealand

Salary €5,000/month

Leave 60 days (increasing to 90 days in October)

Contract Permanent – Charter

Vessel Details 80m Charter Sailing Yacht currently in a 7-month yard period in Auckland. World cruising itinerary planned for 2026 including New Zealand, Pacific Islands, and Asia.

Responsibilities Rotate through all departments of the interior team including service, housekeeping, and laundry. Assist with inventory management and guest relations. Opportunity to grow into a Chief Stewardess role by end of 2025.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of relevant yachting experience

• STCW, ENG1, PDSD, Food Safety Level 2

• Strong service and communication skills

• Highly organized, guest-focused, and team-oriented

• Excellent references and readiness for a long-term program
