Leave 3:1 rotation (30 days leave per 90 days onboard)

Vessel Details 50m new build charter yacht. Operates a dual-season itinerary in the Mediterranean and Caribbean/USA with primarily private use and a few charters each year. The yacht alternates between different interior team structures: either Chief Stew + 2x Second Stews + Junior Stew, or Chief Stew + 1x Second Stew + 2x Junior Stews.

Responsibilities Rotate between service, housekeeping, and laundry. Confidently perform guest-facing duties. Deliver high standards in service, including wine and cocktail presentation. Support team cohesion and contribute to an efficient and professional interior operation.

Requirements Minimum 1 year in a similar role (2–4 years preferred), proven longevity, STCW, ENG1, valid B1/B2 and Schengen visas, non-smoker, no visible tattoos. Strong work ethic, guest-focused attitude, and team spirit essential.

Nice-to-Haves Portuguese language skills, musical talent (singer or instrumentalist), or art/design flair for table settings.
