Location TBC (Dual Season Itinerary)

Salary DOE + Equal Share of Excellent Tips

Leave 38 days per year (with option for additional unpaid leave)

Contract Permanent – SEA Contract

Vessel Details 50m charter motor yacht with a busy and successful dual-season program. Professional and high-performing team with a strong track record of charters.

Responsibilities

• Support Chief Stew in managing interior operations

• Oversee housekeeping, service, and guest readiness

• Work as a team player in a fast-paced charter environment

• Deliver top-tier guest experience with attention to detail and discretion

Requirements

• Female candidates only (due to cabin arrangements)

• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in a similar role

• B1/B2 visa required

• Strong preference for English mother tongue

• Previous charter experience preferred

• Longevity in previous roles highly desirable

• Dry boat – professional onboard behavior expected

• No couples and no South African applicants (as per management request)
