Contract Seasonal – Private & Charter

Vessel Details 50m sailing yacht with a mixed private and charter program. Single-season cruising in the Mediterranean, with winter based in Palma. Interior team of 3.

Responsibilities

• Support the Chief Stew in all interior operations

• Lead housekeeping, service, and guest prep as needed

• Assist with guest turnarounds, laundry, and provisioning

• Uphold high standards during both private and charter trips

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a yacht stewardess

• Previous charter experience preferred

• Female candidates only (due to cabin arrangements)

• Team-oriented, detail-focused, and adaptable
