50m Private Motor Yacht – Single-season program – Frequent owner use – Guest-focused operation – Interior team of three – Positive, supportive crew culture

Responsibilities

Assist in all aspects of interior operations including service, housekeeping, and laundry – Deliver high-quality guest service – Participate in flower arranging and table setups – Support the Chief Stewardess and contribute to a cohesive team dynamic

Requirements

Previous yachting experience in a similar role – Food & Hygiene Level 2 certification – Confident in service and guest interaction – Strong all-rounder with a proactive, positive attitude – Team player eager to learn and grow
