30m Private Motor Yacht – Based in a superyacht marina in Miami – 5 crew in total – Local owner usage with occasional trips to the Bahamas – Busy winter season – Summer itinerary TBD – Emphasis on longevity

Responsibilities

Primary focus on housekeeping – Assist on deck as needed, including lines and fenders – Support water sports setup and guest activities – Deliver a high standard of service in a small team environment

Requirements

Strong housekeeping experience – Willing to support exterior duties – Water sports knowledge a plus – B1/B2 visa required – Team player with a proactive, hands-on attitude
