60m+ Private Motor Yacht – Family-oriented program – Long and short boss trips – Busy itinerary – Summer season in Alaska – Potential further cruising TBC

Responsibilities

Support and manage the interior team – Lead operations in housekeeping, laundry, and service – Confidently step into the Chief Stew role when needed – Ensure smooth interior management and maintain high standards across the department

Requirements

Minimum 2–3 seasons as 2nd Stewardess – Strong organizational and leadership skills – Confident in all interior duties including formal service – STCW, ENG1, PDSD – Valid B1/B2 visa mandatory – Excellent references
