Vessel Details 59m private motor yacht, under 1000GT, operating dual season. Older vessel with legacy systems. Department comprises Chief Engineer and 2nd Engineer.

Responsibilities

Assist in the operation and maintenance of older onboard engineering systems

Support the Chief Engineer in routine and emergency engineering tasks

Learn and contribute under a relaxed engine room management style

Uphold dry boat policy (zero alcohol onboard)

Collaborate with young, active crew

Requirements

Y4 CoC minimum

Open to commercial engineers looking to enter yachting

Must be hands-on and ready to get stuck in

Yacht experience not necessary

Fluent in English

No alcohol tolerance onboard

Physically active and team-oriented
