Lead deck operations and crew with confidence and professionalism
Act as watch leader during passages
Maintain high standards of safety and seamanship
Support a hands-on, active sailing program

Requirements
Yachtmaster Offshore
Proven experience on sailing yachts
Strong deck leadership and watchkeeping skills
Proactive, and communicative
Team-oriented mindset
