Vessel Details 40m+ modern private sailing yacht, Med-based with seasonal owner usage

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily deck operations

• Maintain high standards for deck and rigging maintenance

• Confidently operate and drive tenders

• Ensure smooth coordination with the rest of the crew during guest trips

Requirements

• Yachtmaster Offshore

• Strong sailing background on superyachts (10+ years)

• Proven leadership and organizational abilities

• Bilingual in Spanish and English

• Male candidates only due to cabin arrangements
