Vessel Details 35m Sailing Yacht – Private

Active regatta participation, cruising the Eastern Mediterranean for summer and heading to Antigua for the winter season.

Responsibilities

Full deck operations, watchkeeping, and regatta preparation. Sailing-focused operations with a dynamic itinerary. Must work closely with onboard team and support all aspects of sailing yacht operations.

Requirements

Yachtmaster Offshore or Ocean (OOW preferred)

Experienced sailor with minimum 3 years on similar vessels

PADI Open Water minimum (Rescue Diver preferred)

Schengen Visa in hand

Prior regatta/racing experience is a plus

Proven longevity in past roles
