4. Rotational Chief Officer

• Description:The yacht is seeking a rotational Chief Officer to join their program in Palma. This is a 2:2 rotational position with a competitive salary and an additional one-month annual bonus. The vessel will be in the yard in Palma until May, followed by a Mediterranean summer and a Caribbean winter. The owners are enthusiastic sailors with a passion for exploration, cruising, and racing. • RequirementsOOW 3000 MCA minimum. At least 5 years of experience on sailing yachts (SY). Prior experience as 1st Mate. Expertise with large SY and managing large teams. Background in racing or dinghy sailing is a plus. Experience on Ketch rigs and with captive winches and furling booms is essential. Skilled in IDEA, ISM, compliance, and proficient with software tools (Office, Smartsheet, Google Drive, NAS). Strong technical knowledge of deck maintenance and yard/refit operations. EU or UK passport preferred for a Med-based program over the next 18 months.

• Role: Permanent, land-based Housekeeper for a UHNW family in London.

• Description: Join a professional housekeeping team of seven, all with yachting backgrounds, working across multiple properties in Central London. This role requires maintaining high standards in a large family household, including cleaning and preparing guest rooms, laundering clothes and linens, wardrobe management, assisting guests, running errands, and occasionally supporting chefs during service.

• Responsibilities: Cleaning and preparing guest rooms to the highest standard. Laundering and maintaining clothes, linens, and fabrics. Managing wardrobe organisation and care. Welcoming and assisting family members and guests. Maintaining housekeeping supplies and occasionally running errands. Supporting chefs during service and assisting with shopping as needed.

   Requirements: Prior experience with UHNWIs in a family household. Knowledge of care for fabrics, fixtures, and fittings. Fit, active, and detail-oriented. Valid, clean driving licence. Right to live and work in the UK. Must live within a commutable distance of Central London.

• Salary: Live-out position. Salary: £40,000–£50,000. Some travel may be required.
