Seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Temporary Yard Chief Engineer for a major refit project on a stunning 46m Dutch sailing yacht (private).
*The Project:*
• 7-month "10 year" refit based in Singapore.
*Responsibilities:*
• Lead a team of crew, yard personnel & independent contractors
• Oversee all aspects of the refit project, ensuring quality and adherence to schedule
• Hands on engineering
*Qualifications:*
• Extensive experience with SY refits
• Proven ability to manage complex projects
• Excellent communication and team building skills
*Compensation:*
