Sole Stew for 38m Sailing Yacht


Overview:

Exciting opportunity for a Sole Stewardess to join a 38m sailing yacht that operates both privately and on charter. The yacht has a supportive and collaborative crew of five, where everyone contributes to teamwork, especially during charters.


Key Details:

• Role: Sole Stew (replacing the current Chief Stew who is transitioning to a land-based role).

• Crew: 5 total, all hands-on during charters (service, dishwashing, clearing meals, etc.).

• Charters & Events:

• Average of 3 charters over the summer.

• Additional owner trips.

• Participating in the Palma Superyacht Cup this year.

• Start Date: Mid-May, allowing for a 2-week handover with the current Chief Stew.

• Contract: Seasonal Med contract, with potential to extend to a permanent role for the Caribbean winter season (if both parties agree).

• Salary: €4,750/month.


Candidate Requirements:

• A few seasons of experience as a stewardess.

• Charter experience preferred.

• Team player with a proactive and adaptable attitude.
