Position: Experienced Deckhand - 32m Performance S/Y
Start Date: Flexible (from late January) | Salary: €3,500–€4,000/month | Leave: 2 months/year
Itinerary: Med, Norway, Sweden, Brittany, and Caribbean
Details: Seeking a female deckhand (26+), with 2+ years of experience on sailing yachts, YM, PB2, and Schengen. Must be skilled in sailing, winch servicing, deck maintenance, and tender driving. Ideal candidates are outgoing, active, and have a history in outdoor pursuits or sports. Musical ability is a bonus. Great opportunity for those transitioning towards a mate role.
