Deckhand for 43m Sailing Yacht
Start Date: ASAP – anytime between now and mid-March.
A fantastic opportunity for an experienced deckhand to join a 43m sailing yacht. The ideal candidate will hold a Yachtmaster Offshoreand be capable of stepping in to cover for the mate when needed.
Key Details:
• Open to: Female candidates considered but male preferred due to cabin arrangements.
• Salary: $4,000–$4,500 (USD) starting.
• Location: Currently in the Caribbean, heading back to Palma soon.
• Itinerary:
• Summers cruising the Mediterranean with low usage.
• Winter 2025/26 based in Palma.
• Environment: Lovely crew and owners, creating a supportive and enjoyable workplace.
Candidate Requirements:
• Strong sailing experience and skills.
• Keen to commit and grow within the role.
