Looking for someone with good previous experience on a similar sized vessel or maybe a little bigger. Need to have YM Offshore, Ocean would be amazing as then there's the potential for more responsibility including becoming delivery captain for the right person. Plan for the boat, join in Antigua around the 12th ish of December, 2 charters booked and 2 boss trips. Plus they are doing Antigua super yacht challenge. The boat will then cross over to the UK for a summer there, before heading down to do a yard period in the Med for winter 25/26. Standard SEA contract and salary is the region of 4k euro, all this can be negotiable for the right person and with in reason.
