Position Deckhand – 37M J-Class Sailing Yacht

Location UK (joining) → Mediterranean Salary DOE Leave Seasonal Contract Contract Single Season

Vessel Details 37M J-Class Sailing Yacht – Med-Based – Mixed Cruising & Racing – Reputable Program – Active Summer Schedule

Responsibilities Assist with all deck operations including sailing maneuvers and race prep – Handle large tenders – Maintain exterior to high standards – Support during guest trips and racing events – Collaborate closely with experienced crew

Requirements Previous experience on larger sailing yachts essential (not dinghy level) – Racing background highly preferred – Tender handling experience – Fit and detail-oriented – PBL2, STCW, ENG1, Valid Driving Licence – Yachtmaster Offshore preferred
