Vessel Details: Well-maintained 34m ketch under new ownership, starting a new programme. Four crew onboard, with additional crew for deliveries. Programme includes the US East Coast, Caribbean and a return to the US East Coast in Spring 2027 for the five-year rig inspection.

Responsibilities: Primarily responsible for deck cosmetics, maintenance and safety equipment, including record keeping. Assist the Engineer and Chef/Stew when required. When the owner is onboard, the role shifts to approximately 40% deck duties and 60% interior duties, including service, turndowns and laundry.

Requirements: Male or female applicants welcome. Valid STCW certificates and ENG1. Yachtmaster preferred. Must be able to sail. Product knowledge, tender driving and experience with large winches and in-boom furling systems are advantageous. US work authorisation for candidates based in the US, or a valid B1 visa for candidates applying from outside the US.
