Vessel Details: Well-maintained 34m ketch under new ownership, starting a new programme. Four crew onboard, with additional crew for deliveries. Programme includes the US East Coast, Caribbean and a return to the US East Coast in Spring 2027 for the five-year rig inspection.

Responsibilities: Maintain the engine room and existing equipment. Service pumps and machinery as required and maintain records through the yacht’s planned maintenance system. Assist with refit and yard planning. Support deck operations while sailing, including watch leadership offshore.

Requirements: Male or female applicants welcome. Previous engineering experience, ideally at Second Engineer level, and confident sailing ability. Experience with in-boom furling and hydraulic winches. Valid STCW certificates and ENG1. Yachtmaster and AEC qualifications preferred. US work authorisation for candidates based in the US, or a valid B1 visa for candidates applying from outside the US.
