ASAP, ideally between 22 and 25 October 2026, in Palma to meet the owners and cook for them during their visit.

Location

Palma de Mallorca, Spain, followed by a Caribbean season.

Salary

Starting at €7,000 per month, depending on experience.

Leave

60 days annual leave.

Not specified. Private yacht only.

Vessel Details

47m private sailing yacht with a crew of eight, recently purchased by an American family. The yacht will cross to the Caribbean in November and is expected to accommodate up to 10–12 guests. The owners’ adult sons may also use the yacht independently.

Responsibilities

Plan and prepare creative, high-quality meals for the owners, guests and crew. Deliver varied, flavourful food with consistent execution, without a requirement for elaborate fine dining. Provide healthy, varied meals and generous portions for the crew. Engage confidently with guests and present food professionally.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Chef on sailing yachts of a similar size is essential.

Female candidate required due to cabin arrangements. The Chef will share a cabin with the Chief Stewardess.

Valid B1/B2 visa required.

Creative all-rounder with strong cooking skills, excellent organisation and the ability to maintain consistent standards.

Confident, personable and calm under pressure, with a strong character and a good sense of humour.
