Vessel Details

30m private sailing vessel with six permanent crew. Yard period in October/November, followed by operations from Palm Beach with trips to the Bahamas and Virgin Islands. Summer cruising in New York and the Hamptons.

A major refit is planned at Thunderbolt Marine from October 2027 to April 2028.

Responsibilities

Assist with sailing operations, tender driving and general deck duties. Support maintenance and yard periods as required.

Requirements

Minimum Yachtmaster Offshore.

Valid STCW, ENG1 and driving licence.

Must be a US citizen or hold a valid B1/B2 visa, or be willing to arrange an appointment to obtain one with supporting documents from the vessel.

Fluent English required. Powerboat Level 2, strong tender-driving experience, watersports experience and in-boom furling experience are advantageous.

Male candidates preferred due to cabin arrangements; a female candidate may be considered if comfortable sharing a cabin with a male crew member.
