Vessel Details
50m Dutch-built modern classic schooner. Recently refitted, high-quality sailing vessel with excellent seakeeping capabilities. Worldwide cruising with a strong focus on sailing.

Responsibilities
Command the yacht and crew during worldwide cruising. Lead the vessel with confidence and professionalism, with a strong emphasis on sailing operations, safety, crew management and maintaining high standards onboard.

Requirements
Strong and proven background on large sailing vessels. Master 500GT minimum. Advanced STCW courses up to date. Sound engineering and technical knowledge. Excellent leadership and management skills. Strong work ethic and hands-on approach. Proven ability to build and maintain a cohesive professional team. Calm, assured personality with strong character and no big ego. Proven longevity and repeat employment with previous employers. Excellent spoken and written English.
