Location: Europe, Mediterranean (summer) and Caribbean (winter)

Salary: €3,200 per month

Leave: 84 days + 2 return economy flights annually

Vessel Details: 60m+ charter yacht operating on a dual-season programme: Mediterranean in summer and Caribbean in winter, with transatlantic crossing planned for end of November/December.

Responsibilities: Maintain deck systems and equipment to high standards. Operate tenders with guests (jet and propeller). Support water sports activities and maintain professional interaction with charter guests.

Requirements: At least 1 year experience as a deckhand on a busy programme. All certifications current including PBL2. Tender driving experience with guests. Water sports confidence. Schengen visa required.

Benefits: 1 week leave and €3,000 per annum for courses. Extra 1 month salary bonus for each year employed (capped at 3 years).
