Vessel Details: 50m+ sailing yacht. Short yard period in the Mediterranean followed by a crossing to the Caribbean for the season. Family-based atmosphere.

Responsibilities: Supporting the Captain with bridge operations, safety and vessel management. Performing Safety Officer duties and maintaining compliance with ISM, ISPS and MLC requirements. Hands-on marine varnishing and deck operations, including captive winches.

Requirements: Minimum OOW Yachts <3,000 GT licence, with Chief Mate preferred. Minimum 3 years of experience on 35m+ sailing yachts. Captive winch experience required. Advanced hands-on marine varnishing skills and high-end bridge work experience required. Solid knowledge of ISM, ISPS and MLC required. Passion for sailing and ability to work within a family-based atmosphere essential.
