Open Female Deckhand/ Stewardess Position

Location: Palma de Mallorca, Spain (Mediterranean, Winter in Palma, East Coast USA)

Salary: DOE (Above average)

Leave: 60 days per year

Contract: Seasonal (MCA contract, with the option of a long-term position)

Vessel Details: 33m private sailing yacht. Modern Classic Bermuda-flagged cutter, built in 2002 and fully refitted in 2024/25. Operates with very limited guest use and provides a private guest cabin approximately 90% of the time.

Responsibilities: Carry out both deck and interior duties including deck maintenance, washdowns, line handling, sailing operations, housekeeping, guest service, and support the smooth day-to-day operation of the yacht.

Requirements: Yachtmaster preferred. Candidates with a strong sailing background will also be considered, including green crew. Professional attitude, willingness to work in a dual-role position, and ability to operate as part of a small crew.
