Vessel Details: 25m sailing yacht cruising the Mediterranean during the summer and based in Genoa, Italy during the winter. Two-week handover with the current Captain provided.

Responsibilities: Command and safely operate the yacht, oversee navigation and engineering systems, manage the crew, supervise winter shipyard works, coordinate maintenance, and ensure the yacht is maintained to a high operational standard.

Requirements: Previous Captain experience on a similar-sized sailing yacht, strong engineering knowledge, shipyard experience, and the ability to oversee winter maintenance projects.
