Vessel Details Brand new 80ft Swan sailing yacht operating both private and charter programmes. Joining in Finland, with summers based in Palma de Mallorca and Caribbean winters from 2027.

Responsibilities Take full command of the yacht, oversee all sailing and engineering operations, recruit and lead the crew, manage navigation and passage planning, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and maintain the yacht to the highest operational and presentation standards.

Requirements Minimum 10 years of sailing yacht experience. RYA Yachtmaster Ocean (Commercially Endorsed) is essential. Master 200 GT is an advantage. Strong engineering knowledge and extensive ocean sailing experience are required. Previous private and charter sailing yacht experience is essential. Must be capable of recruiting and managing a professional crew.
