Vessel Details Private 30m Motor Yacht based in the Bahamas. Owner-operated programme with a small crew and private use only. Cabin arrangements require a couple.

Responsibilities

Mate/Engineer: Assisting the Captain with deck operations, navigation and watchkeeping. Tender driving and watersports support. Vessel maintenance and upkeep. Full engineering responsibilities including routine engine room checks, maintenance of mechanical/electrical/hydraulic systems, troubleshooting and repairs. Maintaining logs and assisting with docking, anchoring and guest operations.

Stewardess: Sole responsibility for interior operations. High-standard housekeeping, cabin detailing, laundry and wardrobe management. Table setting, silver service and guest service. Interior provisioning, inventory management and floral arrangements. Supporting guest experience and assisting with service coordination alongside chef when required.

Requirements Minimum 1–2 full seasons of yacht experience in similar roles. Valid STCW and ENG1. Strong references and professional attitude. Excellent organisation and attention to detail. Tender driving experience essential for Mate/Engineer. Must be currently in the USA or able to arrange own travel to Florida. Strong teamwork and ability to work independently required.
