Contract Seasonal with long-term opportunity
Vessel Details 27m private sailing yacht operating a very busy program with potential future charter use. Run by an owner couple with a total crew of 4. Active sailing itinerary including a regatta and frequent movement throughout the Mediterranean. Winter refit with potential northern extension cruising (UK, Ireland, Scotland, Faroes, Iceland, Greenland).
Responsibilities
Plan and prepare fresh, healthy, family-style meals for owners, guests, and crew. Strong focus on seafood and raw dishes. Maintain a clean, organised galley and manage provisioning. Adapt to active sailing schedule and varying guest numbers. Work closely within a small crew environment and contribute to a positive onboard atmosphere.
Requirements
Previous yacht chef experience essential. Strong skills in seafood preparation. Highly organised, creative, and team-oriented. Able to work in a small, tight-knit crew. Female candidates preferred for cabin balance (2F/2M). Clean, tidy, and professional approach. Positive attitude and flexibility under busy sailing conditions.
