Vessel Details 30m private/charter motor yacht based in Palma with a busy summer season. Small, hands-on crew environment.

Responsibilities
Housekeeping and detailing. Laundry management. Guest service assistance. Maintaining high interior standards. Supporting the deck team when required and assisting during manoeuvres.

Requirements
Must currently be based in Palma de Mallorca. Valid STCW and ENG1. Permit to work in Europe. Previous yachting experience preferred but not essential. Strong attention to detail, positive attitude, and willingness to learn. Good teamwork and communication skills. Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Good English. No visible tattoos. Service, cocktail, barista, or charter experience is advantageous.

Benefits
€3,000 monthly salary plus charter tips. Opportunity to gain experience in both interior and deck operations within a busy private/charter program.
