Vessel Details 43m high-profile J Class sailing yacht currently based in Spain with plans to cruise the Caribbean and Pacific before wintering in New Zealand next year. Well-established professional crew with strong longevity onboard, all crew members having remained with the program for a minimum of 2 years.
Responsibilities Support all deck operations onboard a performance sailing yacht including sailing maneuvers, maintenance, guest interaction, watersports, and diving activities. Contribute actively to all aspects of yacht life while maintaining high guest service standards and professional presentation onboard.
Requirements Minimum 1 year yachting experience required. Yachtmaster Offshore preferred. Candidates should ideally have strong watersports and diving experience with confidence in guest interaction. Seeking enthusiastic, motivated individuals who genuinely enjoy sailing yachts and want to be fully involved in a professional sailing program.
