Vessel Details 67m motor yacht operating a stable long-term program. Professional deck department with strong focus on standards and team performance.

Responsibilities Lead and manage the deck team. Oversee all deck operations, maintenance, and product management. Maintain exterior to high standards. Coordinate deck schedules and ensure safe operations. Support Captain and senior crew with deck planning and execution.

Requirements Minimum Yachtmaster Offshore. Proven experience as Bosun or strong Lead Deckhand ready to step up. Solid knowledge of deck operations, products, and maintenance procedures. Strong leadership, organisation, and attention to detail. Ability to motivate and manage team professionally.
