Position Chief Stewardess

Location Mediterranean (summer), Caribbean (winter), varied off-the-beaten-track itineraries

Salary DOE (€), includes 13th month bonus (not contractual, paid annually)

Leave 10 weeks on / 10 weeks off rotation

Vessel Details

70m private motor yacht with occasional charter. Owned by three British brothers who use the yacht separately with family and friends. Interior team of five including full-time laundry steward. Yacht runs with 19 crew, multinational team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage interior team of 5

• Oversee all guest service, dining, and housekeeping operations

• Adapt to different service styles depending on the family onboard

• Organize theme nights and table decorations (1–2 per week)

• Deliver high-level but not overly formal silver service when required

• Maintain guest satisfaction and crew morale across rotating guest profiles

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience as Chief Stew on 60m+ yachts

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• Wine knowledge and table décor creativity are a bonus

• Female candidates only (due to cabin arrangements)

• Fluent English, strong character, visible tattoos discouraged

• STCW, ENG1, valid passport/visas as required
